Artist Inquiry:
If you are an artist living full or part time in New Mexico and are interested in being a member of our gallery, you may submit your digital portfolio to artistaccount@dailypaintersnewmexico.com for review. Include your complete resume with emphasis on your art education, bio, artist statement, digital images of recent work and a photo of yourself.
You must be willing to abide by all the terms and conditions laid forth in our Artist Agreement in order to be qualified. Click here for a pdf of the Artist Agreement. Please read it carefully before sending us your information. We will contact you by phone and email upon selection. The signed agreement and a check or Pay Pal payment for $600 plus $39.75 tax must be received prior to Sign-Up and Creating an Account.
Purchases:
Paintings and drawings shown on our website are available for sale either by clicking on the green Pay Pal shopping cart icon or going to our ebay listing by clicking on the 
icon.
Shipping:
Paintings and drawings shown on our website are shipped by the artists unframed unless indicated otherwise in the description of the items. Oil paintings may require up to two weeks drying time before being shipped to the buyer. Buyers are notified by email as to the date of shipping and the tracking number. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are calculated based on the ship to address provided by the buyer.
Return Policy:
Digital images differ from screen to screen. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, Daily Painters of New Mexico, LLC offers a money back guarantee if returned undamaged within 21 days ( 14 days if purchased through ebay ) of verified receipt. The item must be packaged in a secure manner using the original packaging if undamaged and return shipped, insured, at the buyer’s expense. If the item has been damaged in shipping, the buyer must contact the artist upon receipt of the artwork so that a claim can be filed with the shipper.
